They responded immediately, were polite, and offered a discount to make up for shipping costs. The shoes arrived quickly and looked exactly like the pictures with no issues/smells/etc. very pleased and would buy from this seller again. Thank you!

He told me just to follow eBay instructions to return. Since I’ve never had to return anything and I asked him how to do that and he said just follow the instructions. Not very helpful and he didn’t even apologize for his mistake. Terrible experience.
