Better packaging would have helped prevent this damage, though as I couldn't find the missing piece within the bag, I suspect it left the factory in this condition. Communication with seller and delivery all good.

However the set cost less than half the price of a single item from the RS catalog and has done the job it was bought for without fault and is still in as new conditions, plus I have the rest of the set of future jobs. Arrived early and was well packaged, fantastic eBayer , highly recommended. A+
