I contacted the seller they offer to send it back with no coast that’s true, but also it’s true they never showed the broken sole defect. Instead he sent us a bill for $120.00 and never showed actual evidence the shoe was repaired. No before/after pictures. He tried to scam the system and unfortunately won.
