Communication and transparency was fantastic from the beginning. Tracking of shipment was superb and the item arrived a day early. Packaging was also superb. The laptop was setup with OS as described and seller included instructions that stated charging for an hour before setup - perfect. There was even a link on the Desktop for setting up the 1 year warrantee. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!

The Laptop was actually better than described in Posting, The Shipping time was fantastic 3 days tops I think to SoCal,. Packaging Was extremely Protective and Professional. The Value of What they sold as a Clearance Item,.. Well the laptop is still very relevant, Especially now that Windows 10 is going bye bye in Oct of this year. I am actually Using the system right now for this feedback and I love this laptop,. AAAA++++
