No apology, no attempt to send the correct item and just a mountain of automated emails. You can't be worse than sending the wrong item and then failing to take responsibility for it and making it as difficult as possible to get money back

Packed well. Very good value for money. Comms a bit hit and miss, first message answered but then no response to subsequent message / inquiry regarding postage.
