I had no way to get it from Apt Mailbox, until Postal Strike was over!! The item was eventually retrieved by Postal worker but situation could have been avoided. The item sat in our mailbox for over 30 days, even after contacting Post Office Manager before Postal strike began. NOTE: Better shipping container and clear marking on a noticeable label with something like "Do Not Bend', may work better in the future?Genuine Keyboard for HP ProBook 640 G1 645 G1 laptop (N° 196739514735)

Laptop arrived with a pre-installed account not in my language. Had big issue to add my language. Other sellers i purchased laptop from come with the OOBE process 2. Laptop as described should come with 65w charger but came with 45w 3. Asked for 65w charger for replacement but no response from them I do not recommend this seller for all these reasons.
