I reached out to the seller and told them how the item appeared to be stuck in the same location for several days. They immediately responded and said they would check with the shipping company when they opened in the morning. The next day, the seller reached out and said the tracking updated and it was out for delivery. I really appreciate how on top of this they were. I would purchase from them again! (The item was as descripted, too)

The seller is very responsive and provides excellent customer service. I made a mistake about my address. I didn’t have to worry about it. The seller said it will be taken care of. I got it in record time.
