They kindly partially refunded me and offered a discount on future purchase, I have no reservations about using this seller again, past experience has been good, I was just unlucky this time!

It was well packaged and shipped from Japan to Canada in just over a week. The price was very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this seller to anyone, and will likely be keeping an eye on their inventory for future musical instrument purchases!
