No fault of the seller, but the delivery was a couple days late. The suncatcher did arrive intact and well packaged. Great care was taken with bubble wrap, styrofoam peanuts, and packing tape to provide a safe shipping even in the freezing temperatures. The medallion is as described/pictured. They've worked with me to combine shipping and they package very well. I've never had anything from them arrive broken. I just received two more little cat figures and they are the cutest yet!
