The seller and I communicated a lot and I found them to be responsive and professional. The only issue was that the product never arrived, and after about a week with no update I needed to reach out to the seller to get help. After another 5 days I was refunded my money and I'm still not sure what happened. I would by from them again, I get that stuff happens and I'm very certain its not theri fault.
