When there was an issue (not at the sellers fault) the response was quick and very helpful trying to resolve the problem. After a few unsuccessful days, the seller personally came to bring another unit and ensured it worked properly prior to leaving. The condition of the replacement unit was less than the first unit, but the seller refunded a portion of the purchase price to compensate.

The seller sends a new charger right away! It is only 90W but still a good charger for my laptop. Overall, the laptop is in very good condition, good value! Seller was very quick to reply.
