  Great communication right from the start. Let me know where we were at with shipping, even sent pics of the item as they were packaging to make sure I was happy with the appearance of the item before shipping it. The item arrived well packaged in a sturdy box with a thick layer of bubble wrap. When I opened it, it was in better condition than what it appeared in the pictures, which were good to begin with. I am very please with this transaction and would do business with this seller again.

  The product came in perfect condition and honestly for the price and exclusivity, it was worth the money spent.   Originally I accidentally received the wrong figure, getting the May and Turchick one. I was worried I wouldn’t get Dawn but they very kindly sent me the dawn one i originally ordered and let me keep the other figure mistakenly sent to me. Very communicanative through the whole process and helped me greatly! Even provided tracking for the second shipment. Both figures packaged so cleanly and safely, no harm during shipping. Thanks so much i love my figure!!
