During the process, the communication from the seller on updates was great and even offered to cancel the order if I couldn’t wait. Quick, tailored communications (not generic). Reasonable shipping estimates (& the actual delivery exceeded the estimate) + exception pricing. For me, they were extremely professional, courteous (even when Royal Mail hadn't updated their tracking suggesting it was late when in fact it's was early). I've already re-purchased from this Seller. Well done & a credit to eBay, thanks Spencer!
