They also stated that they would be issuing a refund then when asked about it said I had to ask for a refund. If you know there is an error then do your job and send the refund, don't make the customer do it.

The soap dish was a good almost the same soap dish as listed but not the brand that was listed on ebay listing and slightly different soap dish. I was looking for the specific brand they listed and the item received was not that brand so I will return it. Excellent prompt customer service for returning the item. Very pleased with customer service and easy return.
