It's a long ways from Illinois to Edmonton AB, but the rim arrived well before the May 23 predicted date. It was well packaged and had no damage whatsoever. I communicated with Matt at BBIKES to make sure that this was the rim that I needed. It would have been nice if shipping costs were less, but all in all, a most positive experience, indeed!
