Seller's previous feedback showed delays happen but seller communicates and items would arrive. Waited weeks, but sets never even marked as shipped. Attempted to contact seller repeatedly over a few weeks with no response. Finally, given a refund out of the blue for reason "issue with buyer address", but it hasn't changed or been an issue for 12+ years. Sets likely sold offline for more $.
