They were packaged securely in a padded envelope and were completely as described on the website. It is absolutely amazing that a seller would offer this item for sale. I still can’t believe it!! The shipping speed was super fast, and the seller’s communication was outstanding. This is a great value for the money. Highly recommend this seller! A+++. Overall, both dolls are in great quality and were a good price. Shipping was quick and the seller was very kind and responsible regarding the whole mix-up.
