I had issues with the part after I installed it, but managed to use parts of the assembly to fix my existing lock, and the whole thing worked, at a fraction of the price of a new part. The seller was very assuring in their interaction, and I can only give the seller a 5 star, although if I were a seller, I would switch delivery courier away from Evri, even if it means higher cost for end users.
