A hard to find item no longer manufactures so delighted to have found it at a reasonable price. The outer wrapping around the box was destroyed by shipper even though all sides were marked fragile, but some careful extra padding inside the original box kept the item from being damaged by apparently horrible handling by USPS Ground Advantage. Thanks to the seller for the extra padding inside the box.

My order # 27-12948-56856 was for a Mounting Dream MD2380 Full Motion bracket with articulating dual arms (item #197220255138). They sent me a Mounting Dream MD2377 with a single arm. See the screen capture of my order below, which clearly shows the dual arm version. They have deleted their original eBay listing for this, but it clearly specified the MD2380 model.
