    John is an exceptional vendor! He quickly addressed all issues with my unit and sent the fixed product back to me in the promised timeframe. Not only did he do this, but he communicated with me and answered all of my questions very promptly. John cares about his customers and he backs his work with a year long warranty; not that I expect to have to use it but confident that he will do so if needed. I would use John again without hesitation should the need arise. His price is fair for the work.

    I've had four transactions with John in recent weeks and couldn't be happier. He's an honest repairman and seller who provides good products and service. This transaction I sent him a nonfunctioning CD changer that I was sadly planning to throw away. He returned it quickly, well-packed, and working like new (and with extras!). He went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the service and communicated well. I can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. A very enjoyable experience.
