The measure of any vendor is their returns process, and this vendor was excellent - quick and easy, with great communications at each step of the way, and a prompt refund. Requested return through eBay. Return was easy via Royal Mail, and refunded very quickly. No specific communication from seller, but return easy. Item looked ok otherwise, and cable included as specified.

The price was relatively fair, little bit high for this particular processor but I didn't want to wait for it shop from Germany! so a solid deal all around.
