Item arrived as described, only thing I was concerned about, THERE WERE NO INSTRUCTIONS......had to find a YouTube video to figure everything out. Good price, I am just starting to shoot with a Gimble, so the price was affordable and this does just as well, and the ones in the $200 range Only gave 3 stars on communication, because there was not any from either one of is. Smooth transaction regardless.

The package was crushed and couldn’t see that in the pictures. It was not done during the transport as the outer box was ok. However the contents were fine and the price was excellent.
