However, the product itself had a quality issue. The stitching on the outside of the band was not seamless as advertised. It looks like a manufacturing defect, especially since the inside stitching appears fine. A bit disappointing, as I expected better craftsmanship. Hoping this was a one-off issue.

When it came it wasn’t purple but pink and so I contacted them and they said they were very sorry this happened but their warehouse got it wrong. They said they would correct the mistake and send me the correct color but when I received the package it had another pink one in it. I contacted them again and they told me that I was mistaken because that is purple. I can assure you that it is pink!
