The way it was packaged, no one could have known that one of the hinges was snapped off, since the damage was almost fully hidden by the plastic-wrapped label. The item was as pictured and packaged so that it did not sustain damage while en route to me. I now have two of these beauties and I appreciate that this one arrived clean with no wax in it (unlike the other). I would recommend this seller!
