    We will not be returning as customers. Both Funko Pops were shipped with zero protection—no protectors, bubble wrap, or packing material—just loose in an empty box. Unsurprisingly, they arrived damaged from moving freely during shipping. This shows a complete lack of care in handling collectibles. We’re posting this to warn others so they don’t experience the same disappointment and damage due to such careless packaging.
