It took three days to receive a replacement piston. As a small engine business, we needed it for a customer's engine. While this experience wasn't ideal, we appreciated the seller's pricing and are hopeful to continue using them in the future. My only negative comment would be I sent the seller a question before I purchased, and the seller never responded.
