Before making the purchase, he was quick to respond to my messages, I asked him to send me pictures in order to confirm that the system worked, and he did. He also made sure to pack to unit tightly to ensure that it didn't get damaged during shipping and, he also made a note to FedEx that they were to receive a signature from the myself and not just leave it on the front porch.
