When the seller replied they offered advice how to try to reset it, and when they didn’t work they gave a refund. Not to often you get easy, honest sellers anymore. Unfortunately it did not work with my ssd, and I believe what my issue was is I had the wrong ssd type. The description was accurate, booted right to bios.
