I chose the latter. Shipping and packaging were excellent. However my only issue was that there were some figures missing from the sets that were not disclosed to me before agreeing. Still an overall positive experience and I recommend buying from this seller.

There was a problem with the item and when I contacted the seller, it was rectified to my satisfaction immediately and without question. This is an honest ebayer who made a mistake with contents. In 25 years of being an eBay member almost 800 positive feedback as a buyer I have never had as good an experience as I had with this seller. UPS was going to charge me a $57 fee in order to complete delivery more than the purchase price. In an incredibly generous move the seller offered to pay this fee. We agreed to just have the seller refund me the purchase price and I would pay the fee to receive the itemBorder BT-004 1/35 scale Pz.Kpfw.IV Ausf.F2&G 2-IN-1 TANK MODEL 2020 (N° 196276962035)
