    Not as described and seller is rude, horrible customer service. title, description or top 3 photos do not mention or indicate these are not regular hats. They are very unique and have a large cut out in the back. Seller obviously used AI to write the description and therefore didn’t provide accurate information for buyers. Seller would rather argue with me over $20 than admit they were inaccurate and not forthcoming about such a major detail. I have bought 100+ on ebay, my first neg. review

    Buyer failed to exam photos. These were clear as day half hats and not caps. Now you took the time to read the description but not exam the photos. This always have me SMH.I guess a picture is not a thousand words these days. And yes, I use AI is that what it is here for right.
