It didn't come in a protective outer box or even with packaging paper around it, so the little girl saw her 'surprise' gift when it was delivered. The original box came with a label stuck on it which you can't remove without peeling off the original image. The box was severely damaged, the seal labels at either end had already been broken. Offered a return but too late now, don't bother buying from these people.

I went to my number 6 and he said he didn't accept it and that the label had been cut along the side to only show "6 ELLIS DRIVE" he then said the driver took it back. I still would like this item please, but I am very dissappointed in the service you have provided and I feel that as a good will gesture you could send

I have ended up taking the loss of my refund and giving the chairs away just to get them out of my sight!
