It was missing a spring on one of the couplers, but that was a quick fix, since I have extras. The seller shipped it fast. I would prefer more packaging than the small amount of newspaper that was used in a larger box than the item needed. Shipping cost was a bit high, but it is USPS Priority mail, so probably accurate. Each item was individually wrapped and additional packing material was used to prevent movement during shipment. I had some questions concerning this order and received a reply within hours.
