Now the cllosing of the week so not expecting contact till monday. On sunday morning it was at the front door. and matching in appearance,quality new and well priced. Kind regards Adrian

After a number of emails and phone calls they eventually found it and delivered it. Not sellers fault,pity they can't find a better transport company as this isn't the first time this company has failed to meet expectations

Not an incorrect part Pictures should be enough to show the fault but videos & the VIN were required, and then identified as faulty A set of “incorrect” rockers was sent. Emails back and forth and then lied about sending a replacement rocker & used a tracking number of a previous item. They don’t realise emails are time stamped after trying to put the blame on me I sent everything back and money returned
