Postage was included in the price but an excellent postal service was used, so it arrived very quickly. It is as described and arrived in pristine condition thanks to the excellent packaging. I am happy to recommend the seller 100% without reservation.

Unfortunately purchased a pair of weights and opened up box to find only 1 weight. Contacted seller who insisted both were in the box but when it arrived only 1 weight. I’m surprised because box was completely sealed & couldn’t have come out in the post, seller insisted it must have been sent as they said that they were weighed indicating that both were in the box 🤷🏻♂️. We checked with the packer who advised both weights were inside the box when sealed. The weight on the Royal Mail label confirmed this. We don't know what happened in transit, but at some point after it was collected one weight disappeared. We declined a partial refund but asked you to return it for a full refund.

It is in a box, but it has clear signs of usage. The seller should try to be more accurate in descriptions. If the seller had not been a charity, I would have given neutral feedback. Please try to do better in future.
