Zoinks! The Gobs O' Fun Amusement Park is, like, haunted, man! Some crazy phantom is doing some weird stuff there and Scoob and I are not going there with you! No way! (What? ... Okay, make it <i>two</i> pizzas and you have yourself a deal!)<br><br>Join Scooby-Doo's gang of roving sleuths as they solve the mystery behind yet another haunted locale in Scooby-Doo!: Mystery of the Fun Park Phantom. Players can take the role of Shaggy, Velma, Daphne, or Fred and get the help of Scooby-Doo in trapping the villain and finding out who's really behind the haunting.<br><br>There are nine regions of the park to explore, including the Screamer Roller Coaster, the Whoop-De-Do Ferris Wheel, and the House of Hee-Haws. Players must find clues and interview each of six suspects to figure out who is the villain. They can also pick up Scooby Snacks to help them with their tasks.<br><br>Gameplay is similar to a board game. Each player (up to four can play at once; the computer will control any characters not controlled by a player) takes a turn and performs an action, from exploring a hotspot on the screen to setting a trap for the suspect they think is guilty. They can also use Scooby Snacks against the other players by forcing them to spin the Wheel O' Chaos, which will make them do whatever it says. Conversely, they can spend a snack on the Wheel O' Fun to gain an advantage over the others. Snacks should be used cautiously, however, as they are necessary to lure Scooby into being the bait for the trap once it's been set.<br><br>Every once in a while, the Phantom shows up and chases the player's character, who must avoid it or lose a turn.<br><br>Each player can play on one of three difficulty settings and up to four can play on the same PC, over a LAN or the MSN Gaming Zone. Up to eight games can be saved and resumed later. The suspect behind the Phantom changes with every game, so no two playing experiences are exactly alike.
