I went to my number 6 and he said he didn't accept it and that the label had been cut along the side to only show "6 ELLIS DRIVE" he then said the driver took it back. I still would like this item please, but I am very dissappointed in the service you have provided and I feel that as a good will gesture you could send

When I emailed seller about returning them they tried telling me they were the same chair as I had ordered? Tried returning item numerous times and all failed. I have ended up taking the loss of my refund and giving the chairs away just to get them out of my sight!
