Extremely insulting that I spent a ridiculous amount of time to ensure that your mug was not damaged in transit. You had to deal with shredded paper, boo-hoo. Obviously I did something right if it arrived in one piece. If I didn't go through the trouble you would have had a broken mug. Da**ned if you do, da**ned if you don't. Why would I want to retain a buyer like you?

The price was reasonable but the packing is questionable. I think if the hard enveloped had " do not bend" maybe the mail person wouldn't shove it in the mailbox. I don't blame the seller I blame the USPS for not using common sense. Sorry. No damaged occurred and I'm happy with my purchase.
