Communication was excellent from start to finish (even when the seller was on holiday!). The books packed very carefully and very well, and delivery was super-quick. Couldn't ask for more. When the package arrived the font was completely jumbled and some of the lead type had become chipped and damaged. I messaged the seller immediately but all they offered was a £4 refund on the postage. I asked for a fair partial refund as it had taken me a long time to sort but they refused claiming it was never advertised as sorted. We offered Barney a full quibble free return with 100% refund and return postage all paid. We were sadly met with very strong messages demanding a 50% refund or negative feedback would be left. We refunded your postage as a gesture of good will, even though the item was delivered as shown.
