Courier was Evri and I do wish they would sort their labels out. When you print them, they miss out important name and address information at the left-hand margin. Suggested to seller that hangers need bubble wrap at each end to survive the courier experience. Marking received hanger condition as 3 but that was because of the transit damage. Product looks to be lovely.

I went to my number 6 and he said he didn't accept it and that the label had been cut along the side to only show "6 ELLIS DRIVE" he then said the driver took it back. I still would like this item please, but I am very dissappointed in the service you have provided and I feel that as a good will gesture you could send

I have ended up taking the loss of my refund and giving the chairs away just to get them out of my sight!
