When I raised my concerns, the seller accused me of “trying something” instead of taking responsibility. They refused to offer any compensation and would only take the cage back if it was in the original packaging (which had already been discarded after delivery). Their attitude was dismissive and unhelpful, showing no concern for product quality or customer
