They told me if it wasn’t what they thought because they couldn’t take a photo of it they’d issue a refund and they did. I owned the CD they sent already. I appreciated their honesty and I do want to give them more business so I’m going to buy some more CDs with photos this time! Quick response quick shipping packaged safe and great value. Was given a savings on shipping cost for multiple purchaes shipped together. CDs were well packaged (very important for a fragile jewel case), and shipped in timely manner. It arrived very quickly and was packaged superbly. However upon opening the package I found that only one of the two cds had been shipped. I reached out to the seller to make them aware of the problem. They quickly responded and took responsibility for the mistake. Moreover they immediately refunded my money no other questions asked. These days it’s rare to find a seller that puts the customer first!!!
