Delivery well within estimated date via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Packaging needs more thought: box literally enormous for the volume of content and no padding was used to restrict movement, so 13 boxes of filters were free to rattle around inside. Also the packing tape had split apart in places so contents easily viewable in transit. Thankfully though, none were lost or damaged. Best wishes, CJ

Seems there are two sizes for NEFF ovens and I had ordered the wrong one so my mistake but the supplier/ advertiser maybe could have made the size more visible or even shown two ( or maybe more) sizes. As I’ve already sent the item back via e bay’s free postage and money back system, and expect to be credited with the cost then I don’t wish to leave a neutral or negative response

The batteries had not arrived after more than 2 weeks because of problems in the mail (NOT THE SELLER'S FAULT). I complained about about them not arriving, and shortly after I received a full refund on Paypal. The very next day the batteries arrived, so I messaged the vendor offering to make a payment. Clearly the £3.65 is not a huge impact on him, BUT I have mailed him a cheque for that amount as I don't want him to lose out because of a Royal Mail problem.
