Three weeks to arrive - wrecked - stuffed in a poly bag with no protection or stiffening, folded in half, broken and crushed in multiple places. I asked politely for a refund and, even though the total value was just £7.63 they replied suggesting a "partial refund"! I would NEVER buy anything from them again if they can quibble about such a small sum. CASE OPENED.
