I requested proper photos multiple times to file a UPS claim, but the buyer sent inconsistent and inadequate images. First showed a small hole, then later a fully ripped speaker cone. Only 1 picture of box with the corner lightly damaged. (Red Flags) I offer automatic returns—why not use that? This issue was with UPS, not my handling. The speaker was in perfect working order when shipped. How unfortunate this all is.
