Need to spend time ~ 8hrs + and ~$40 to fix this no good product. It's obviously my fault not for not reading description , but I could have not even imagined that anyone would be selling PC with HDD and no wireless card .Need to replace HD, reinstall OS , install wireless card. Well my fault but no more purchases from this vendor ; money is no big deal but time is precious

There was some dust in the cpu radiator ,that was an easy clean. Shipping was fast and detailed. Thanks for pleasant translation !

There likely are versions that would but the available Firmware versions I can find from HP for this unit do not seem to. This is not a knock on the seller as this is probably not a typical use case for most people. Unit was as described, works well, is easy to upgrade the storage/RAM/WiFi, and shipped quickly.

The shipping was very quick as well. What was not great was the packaging. The phone arrived, loose in the box lacking any kind of protection additionally the listing said it was unlocked which was the not the case. Thankfully I was able to unlock it on my own. I would recommend this seller just make sure to confirm all the information in the listing prior to purchase.

Seller was quick with communication. Would certainly order from again. While shipping is not the seller's problem shipping was lumpy and I had to file a report with FedEx to find out where the laptop was. It was due to arrive Friday but it did not arrive until Sunday. Not the seller's fault and still deserves five stars across the board!
