On first boot, white-amber-amber-amber lights appeared — not a real issue. Just don’t unplug power; use the power button to shut down and restart. After two auto reboots, the system started up, prompted for Service Tag, and everything worked fine after setting BIOS time. Great condition, works perfectly. Recommended!

Was shipped UPS who is by far the worst company ever to ship. found item delivered literally jammed into my mailbox. Monkey who delivered it must have thought it was a bag of rocks and didn't care. Box containing item was smashed on corners from delivery job. Part doesn't look cracked. Won't know till is actually installed. Product worth every penny. Had snafu in getting product working. Called Dell and they are not selling Printers anymore, no customer service. Reached out to Seller just in case if they new how to resolve my issue. Amazingly enough Adam Jones (Seller) has excellent technical knowledge and walked me through every step. Recommend product and seller. You will be in good hands.
