The address is in Minnesota, where the items are mailed from. But all the sorting, mending and bagging is done in the Philippines. Your ignored eBay contact address goes to the Philippines, where they don't understand or speak any English. Refunds are nearly impossible, unless you wait for eBay to step in and help you. They are also incorrect with everything they are saying. They bought the item on accident and returned it by "refusing" the package which is much more difficult to handle than a normal return. We are based in the US and we get all our products from the US from thrift stores and other places. We just have workers that do computer work in the Philippines. The messaging with them was polite and normal, they are just an angry person.

Shipping and packaging were good, and I felt that having been able to purchase it as such a good price had made it an excellent value. Unfortunately, it was no sooner received here at the retirement community where I live than it was lost by the staff. I publish this note of appreciation, however, because I can not let the staff's carelessness deprive this wonderful eBay seller of due credit.

Seller communication was alright, lost $10 from having to ship them back. Shoes are definitely really nice, could've been packaged better. Not trying to put the seller down as I am a seller myself but the pictures will show how they arribed. They wete still protected by an extra plastic bag. Still shoes were in amazing shape for being used and they were at a great price of $30. Good he accepts refunds.
