Told delivery expected so wait in, at 8pmish driver requested more info. Had to wait until next day to contact. Told to expect delivery, again waited in, no delivery. Same message regarding more info. The next day told that delivery of parcel had been attempted - it hadn't. Turns out the parcel has been damaged in transit and returned to sender. Instead I was sent some made by a different manufacturer. I informed them and they said it was because they were out of stock of the Arofol ones! They offered me the choice of returning them at their expense or 30% off. I accepted the 30% as a compromise which was paid very promptly. I will check beforehand with them to ensure that I get what I want.
