There was a problem with this order insomuch it got lost at the couriers office so didn't arrive on time. I got in touch with the seller who sorted this out within half an hour, sending me a replacement item which arrived promptly. The test of a great seller is how they respond when things don't go to plan. Globe packaging were excellent in their response and I would highly recommend for their quality of customer service and communication.

Told delivery expected so wait in, at 8pmish driver requested more info. Had to wait until next day to contact. Told to expect delivery, again waited in, no delivery. Same message regarding more info. The next day told that delivery of parcel had been attempted - it hadn't. Turns out the parcel has been damaged in transit and returned to sender.
