I would use these guys again in fact I ordered another case from them for another one of my surface I have a surface 3 which is a 10 inch and I have a surface 7 which is a 12.3 . Definitely recommend this seller!! Buying these spectrum locked phones meant they have visual voicemail. They are super nice. Shipping was fast and we got updates along the way. Very happy!!

The iPad arrived with a cracked screen. When I asked for an exchange, the seller offered a $20 refund or told me to buy a new one, return the damaged one, and pay for shipping—leaving me out nearly $300. The item was defective, yet the seller offered no real solution. I tried to work it out, but this experience was disappointing. I’d recommend buying from another seller.
